Shipping policy
Order Confirmation:
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order and that your payment has been pre-authorized.
Shipping & Delivery:
Once your order is placed, you will be notified with updates regarding your order status and shipping progress. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control. It takes up to 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered to buyers located in the US, considering approximately 1-2 days for order processing, 2-3 business days for packing, shipping and delivery.
Track your order:
You can track your order with the tracking number that you received via the shipping confirmation email.

Order Acceptance & Pricing:
Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including:
- Incomplete or incorrect information
- Suspicions of fraud
- Payment verification issues
We may request additional verification, such as a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity, or banking details, before accepting your order.
